Virginia Tech Goodwin Hall

Opened in 2014, Goodwin Hall is the flagship building for the College of Engineering. It houses 40 instructional and research labs, eight classrooms, the Quillen Family Auditorium, and 150 offices for several engineering departments. The lobby houses a suspended 13,000 pound Trent 1000 Rolls-Royce jet engine and the “Egg” – a suspended collaboration capsule.

Services provided: Interior room acoustics, acoustical isolation, mechanical system noise control, and audiovisual system design for all instructional spaces.
